We recently completed the construction of our home designed by Ar. Manonmani of ArtDes Architects & Associates, and we are very happy with the outcome. She clearly understood our lifestyle and preferences, and translated them into a thoughtful design, with the staircase courtyard as the focal element. ArtDes provided a complete and detailed set of construction drawings, which made execution smooth.

What stands out is the level of attention given to every space and every detail. Elements such as a private garden attached to the bedroom were carefully conceived to enhance both comfort and privacy. Each area of the house feels purposeful, well-articulated, and aligned with how we live.

The overall outcome is a home that feels minimal yet refined, understated but thoughtfully designed. The spaces are calm, functional, and timeless—perfectly reflecting our lifestyle and aspirations.

We are extremely satisfied with the design journey and the final result.
